Dinner: Vinegar Pork Rib Rice
Shanghai Cuisine for dinner. Unsurprisingly uninteresting.

Frankly speaking, I am but someone who looks for a quick meal very often. If you’d really ask me to sit down and have a really slow dinner, I think it has really got to be fine dining. Unfortunately, I am not at that level yet where I get to do fine dining every other meal.
Therefore, the above was kind of like a fast meal as well. 5 bucks at Boat Quay area. Not sure what the shop name was, but it definitely was trying to sell me Shang Hai Cuisine. So my colleague and I went in and I took this. Nothing spectacular if you ask me, rice, pork rib cooked with vinegar and sugar served with egg and slices of vege (under the egg). It came with some orange juice made from concentrated essence.
Guess to me, this was definitely just another meal. *shrug*
